All Covered Makes Another Managed Services Acquisition

All Covered, the national managed services provider, has acquired Vertical IT Solutions, a managed IT outsourcing company in Tampa, Fla. The deal continues All Covered’s M&A strategy and expands the company’s reach within Florida.

Vertical IT Solutions offers outsourced information services to both SMBs and enterprise business owners throughout the state. In a prepared statement, All Covered President Todd Croteau said the managed services acquisition reinforces that “small businesses around the country can count on All Covered to provide them with access to Fortune 500 technology resources, but on a small business budget.”

The Vertical IT Solutions marks the third acquisition of September 2011 for All Covered, which acquired LAN Associates and PMV Technologies in early September. It also brings All Covered’s acquisition total to 21 within the last three years. All Covered has continued its commitment to acquisitions as part of its goal of becoming a national managed IT services provider even after getting acquired in early 2011 by Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A.

We’ve reached out to All Covered for deeper insights about the ongoing acquisition strategy.
