Access One Taps Info Directions for CostGuard.NET Billing Solution

Info Directions Inc. (Booth 414), a developer of net-centric billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced that Chicago-based service provider Access One Inc. has extended its relationship with the company and will continue operating Info Directions CostGuard.NET operations and billing solution in the Info Directions ASP.

Access Ones footprint spans the United States and offers local, longdistance, conference calling, calling cards, dedicated Internet, private lines, VoIP and MPLS. With CostGuard.NET, Access One has been able to use the systems robust product catalog to enhance its offerings to the market and launch new packages and promotions quickly and efficiently, said Info Directions. The comprehensive customer care interface also provides Access Ones customer service organization with the information needed to answer end-user questions on the first call, the company said. Operating in the Info Directions ASP, Access One is able to leverage a SAS 70 certified environment and call on the services of Info Directions Billing Team, both which allow the company to stay focused on its core business objectives. Access One has been an Info Directions client since 2005.
