The 2016 US Channel Compensation Survey, conducted by Channel Partners and the 451 Alliance, a division of 451 Research, shows that compensation in the indirect IT and telecom channel is competitive with the IT job market overall. Among other findings: there’s gender inequality in earnings in the channel, a surprising number of respondents are currently job hunting and higher education doesn’t necessarily mean a higher income bracket.
