SaaS: CCRM.com Launches Pro Salesforce.com Automated Email Logging

CCRM.com already provides automated email logging for Salesforce.com, providing better visibility into the sales cycle for users of the CRM platform. Today, though, the company launches CCRM Pro, a commercial SaaS offering that offers administrators better control over what gets logged, a domain manager, and more updates. Here’s the scoop.

The basic idea behind CCRM.com’s offering is that it enables far easier adherence to compliance rules, keeping important business-centric e-mails in the Salesforce.com ecosystem without user intervention. CCRM.com is itself owned by MailGuard, which means it’s part of an effort by a company that’s been making channel waves lately.

That’s well and good, but where CCRM Pro comes in is with finer-tuned controls for message logging. CCRM.com’s press release indicates that it adds the ability to streamline and categorize messages that are added to the Salesforce.com database. And since it has the functionality to match leads and email contacts, they say, administrators can use the Salesforce.com CRM reporting to track how often you talk to which lead and spot customer disengagement sooner.

If that’s piqued your interest, you can give the free, limited CCRM Basic a spin, too. Both are available on the Salesforce.com AppExchange.
