Pete Busam is founder and owner of Equilibrium Consulting, LLC. From creating a $6 million commercial IT services business from scratch in two years to directing a major reorganization recreating a substantial business presence in the Delaware Valley, Pete’s business successes are well-known in the IT community. As a Chief Operating Officer at an east coast solutions provider, Pete’s leadership and technical management expertise enabled them to serve a variety of clients. In this role, Pete has helped the firm to refocus on its core technical competencies, and leading the firm to strong, stable operations, and solid profitability. Equilibrium serves a broad range of commercial, institutional and government clients throughout the United States and Canada. Under his leadership, Equilibrium has been repeatedly recognized for quality and performance by clients and major industry partners.

Pete’s speaking engagements have included CRN/VarBusiness, HP/Microsoft SMB Council, Ingram Micro Seismic Conferences as well as Various OEM Partner events.
