Splashtop Offers Disrupts Remote Support Pricing with Unlimited License
Cross-device computing and collaboration company Splashtop has released Splashtop Business and Splashtop Enterprise for IT remote support this week to provide managed services providers (MSPs) with a solution that offers unlimited remote control of physical and virtual computers.
The release gives MSPs a single license of Splashtop Business or Splashtop Enterprise for unlimited remote control of physical and virtual computers. Splashtop Streamer, an agent, is now available for physical computers, Microsoft (MSFT) Windows Servers (2003, 2008 R2, 2012) and various virtualization platforms.
Splashtop co-founder and CEO Mark Lee said in his prepared remarks that many GotoMyPC, LogMeIn, and TeamViewer users have been asking for unlimited computer access for remote support.
"We have decided to satisfy their request by including an unlimited computer access license in Splashtop Business and Splashtop Enterprise to expand our support for virtual desktops," he said.
Any MSPs interested in Splashtop Business and Splashtop Enterprise for remote support can now download a free trial.
Splashtop offers various partner programs, providing training, marketing materials, sales materials and demo systems.
