Synnex Signs Distribution Agreement with Spectrum Business

Synnex (SNX) signed an agreement with Spectrum Business that will allow the distributor to offer a new line of cable-based Internet and voice products to resellers and telecom agents. The products will be incorporated into Synnex’s MobilitySolv group, according to the announcement.

“By signing Spectrum Business, Synnex now covers the majority of the business cable markets in the U.S., significantly contributing to our MobilitySolv group’s goal of leading the charge in this segment of the IT market,” said TJ Trojan, senior vice president of Product Management at Synnex, in a statement.

Through the partnership, Synnex resellers will have access to Spectrum Business’ portfolio of high-speed cable-based Internet products, business phone services, optical Ethernet and fiber Internet solutions.

The agreement with Spectrum Business expands Synnex resellers’ options for business cable offerings beyond those offered through the distributor’s partnership with Comcast Business and Time Warner Cable Business Class, according to the announcement.

The latest partnership was announced during the Varnex Spring Conference in Atlanta, where Senior Vice President of North American Marketing Bob Stegner also unveiled ECExpress 7.0, the company’s latest eCommerce platform.

“With some of the fastest Internet speeds available through Spectrum Business, Synnex resellers and telecom agents can offer a solid, winning solution for businesses,” said Michael Fair, vice president of Channel Sales & National Accounts at Spectrum Business. “Synnex’s deep market reach and expertise in combatting today’s most significant technology challenges makes them an ideal distributor to offer our business solutions to the IT channel.”
