Zailab Announces Brand-New Partner Rewards Program

Sales partners who successfully sign up one of their own leads as a Zailab customer will have the opportunity to earn a full year’s MRR for that client.

PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 9, 2019 —  CCaaS company Zailab (booth 1271) launched as a brand-new cloud-supplier on the Intelisys portfolio last year with an omnichannel contact center solution that offered enterprise features on a consumption basis.

Zailab’s unique offering and consumption-based pricing model was quickly identified as an attractive offer for resellers and a competitive product for their SMB clients looking for a cost-effective enterprise solution.

For the first time since entering the US channel, Zailab will be exhibiting at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo, taking place from April 9-12th, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Channel Partners Conference and Expo is the largest channel-focused event of its kind, with over 6200 industry professionals expected to attend. Zailab will be one of the 275 confirmed suppliers to exhibit at the expo this year. To celebrate their first appearance at the event, Zailab has unveiled a brand-new incentive program for sales partners.

Sales partners who successfully sign up one of their own leads as a Zailab customer will have the opportunity to earn a full year’s MRR for that client.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Once the client signs up, Zailab will calculate the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for each of the successive twelve months from the first full month that the customer uses Zailab’s cloud-based contact center solution. The monthly revenue from that month becomes the bonus pay-out following normal commission structure. The cycle will continue for a full year. (Terms and conditions apply.)

This is the largest rewards program launched by Zailab to date and may be a first of its kind in supplier history.

“While our innovative platform and consumption-based pricing model is attractive to potential customers, we thought it equally important to reward our sales partners with an incentive program that also sets us apart. We believe twelve months of MRR does exactly that,” says Zailab SVP of Sales, Michael Cibelli.
