Insight Enterprises Names Cloud Services SVP, Product Management SVP

Tempe, Ariz.-based Insight Enterprises Inc. this week announced two key new hires.

First, the VAR has named Harish Krishnamurthy as senior vice president of cloud services. Next, Robert Kane has been appointed as senior vice president of product management, Insight U.S.

Krishnamurthy joins Insight from IBM, where he worked since 2000. His most recent role was as vice president of global sales, a position that included spending three years in China leading IBM’s midmarket business. Prior to IBM, Krishnamurthy spent five years in at A.T. Kearney and McKinsey, and three years at Honeywell.

“Cloud is proving to grow rapidly with our clients and represents a substantial opportunity for Insight,” said Ken Lamneck, president and CEO of Insight Enterprises. “Harish’s strategic experience, education and leadership will help Insight maximize on the opportunities available in the market.”

Kane previously served as vice president of sales at Insight where he oversaw multiple product lines. In his new role, he will be responsible for the product management team.
