The Toronto, Canada-based PSA vendor said it was drawn to integrate with Continuum’s remote monitoring and management (RMM) because of the product’s consistently high customer satisfaction and novel, vertically integrated business model.

“It's important that our partners are able to select from a range of PSA options that best fit their business, and by partnering with Promys, we're able to ensure that our partners have access to this up-and-coming PSA platform."
During Continuum’s Navigate annual user conference this month, CEO Michael George told MSPmentor that his company – which was recently purchased by private equity firm Thoma Bravo – had no plans to enter the PSA market.
“We think it’s an important part of the technologies that MSPs use to run their businesses," he said at the time. “We’ve made a conscious decision to stay focused on efforts that help generate revenue.”
Promys redesigned its PSA from the ground up in recent years to add a broad range of new features.
"Promys recently rolled out functionality to automate recurring billing for managed services and subscriptions, as well as real-time managed services contract profitability tracking,” Daivd Donnelly, vice president of product development at Promys, said in a statement.
“That new functionality allows Promys to automate the entire operational business process for MSP's or channel partners that provide managed services and subscription focused solutions,” the statement continued. “The next logical step was to integrate with some of the market leaders in the RMM software space."
Donnelly also credited the Continuum technical staff.
"The Continuum team was exceptional to work with,” he said. “Promys has worked on other integrations with Quickbooks, Acumatica, Great Plains/Dynamics and Microsoft Power BI, and working with the Continuum team was one of the best partnering experiences we've had."
