What's Next From MSPmentor.net?

Hi Folks. Thanks for visiting. Just a few quick updates on MSPmentor.net's progress. We launched this site -- a beta version -- in late September. Since that time, several thousand VARs and managed services providers have visited MSPmentor.net. Here's where we're taking our growing reader base next.

Initially, we expected most readers to serve smaller businesses. But participants in our MSPmentor 100 survey have revenue bases that suggest they serve a range of small, midsize and large enterprises. We'll announce our MSPmentor 100 list in January. You'll get a feel for how fast the most effective MSPs are growing their managed services revenue. You'll also get a look at the specific market niches they target.

Also in January... we'll move from this beta site design to a more comprehensive 1.0 design. We'll blog multiple times daily, share contributions from MSPs across the globe, and offer some comprehensive guides for building your managed services practice. Sales, marketing, training, HR -- our content will describe how to mobilize all the components of your business to focus on recurring revenue through managed services.

We've also completed several podcast interviews that will debut shortly. The first is an interview with Level Platforms CEO Peter Sandiford, who recently spoke with me about the state of the MSP market, and its anticipated evolution over the next few months.

But most of all, MSPmentor.net's editorial content will reflect your needs. Feel free to post your comments, suggestions and thoughts. We'll be sure to closely read that feedback as we put the finishing touches on the new site design and content. Thanks for reading.
