Tata Communications has announced an agreement with Salesforce.com to link its IZO Private cloud enablement platform to Salesforce's Customer Success Platform.

Telecommunications giant Tata Communications will work with Salesforce.com (CRM) to provide businesses with private network connectivity for Salesforce’s customer relationship management solutions.

Tata Communications has announced an agreement with Salesforce to link its IZO Private cloud enablement platform to Salesforce’s Customer Success Platform, providing users with “access to a one-stop shop for end-to-end management that offers exceptional network performance.”

“The partnership will connect Tata’s customers to Salesforce’s cloud CRM solutions, aimed at empowering employees to increase engagement and productivity,” a Tata Communications spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud. “This will also be a transformation in the way customers connect with partners, customers and employees.”

In addition, Tata Communications said the collaboration offers businesses network uptime and stable application performance via cloud access for Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Ethernet customers.

Tata Communications noted that its IZO platform ecosystem includes 20 network providers across 34 countries, and the company plans to expand this network as well.

“We are committed to creating a global ecosystem that harnesses our extensive global network and enables global organizations to meet the needs of their businesses and drive customer success by adopting the cloud confidently and securely,” Julie Woods-Moss, CEO of Tata Communications’ NextGen Business, said in a prepared statement.
