Friday's Last Word: Mindcore CEO Matt Rosenthal — Who exactly is he?

Mindcore president and CEO Matt Rosenthal began leading the full-service technology services company in 2014 after his company, Computer Design & Services, merged with Mindcore. For the past three years, Computer Design & Services has sustained 30 percent year-over-year growth by offering a range of technology services that add value and improve clients' businesses.

Rosenthal previously served as vice president and CFO of multi-million-dollar Specialized Fire and Security where he was responsible for technology, finance, human resources, sales, inventory and strategic planning. Other previous roles include senior project manager with Insight Direct, an IT solutions company, and manager of Corporate IT Support Services at Interpublic Group of Companies.

What's are Rosenthal's plans for Mindcore?

He's focused on expanding Mindcore's geographic location from its base in New Jersey to reach New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. "Our goal is to be the go-to provider for the SMB private cloud in these areas," he says. "We are currently working to further expand our existing base of clients in the legal and insurance verticals."

Rosenthal said he's also putting in a lot of effort into developing relationships and giving back to the community. "We are a company lead by a team that firmly believes in giving back, and we do so on a regular basis," he says.
