Happy Halloween, and welcome to this week’s Channel Partner Program Roundup, our regular look at what’s going on in the channel partner space. No tricks, just treats, as always. This week we’ve scaring up news from ServiceNow, Telehouse and Revolabs, so don your Halloween mask, grab your bag of goodies and let’s get moving.

ServiceNow: Cloud-based knowledge management and web self-service vendor RightAnswers has received integration certification through the ServiceNow Certified Integration Program. The ServiceNow certification signifies RightAnswers has successfully completed a set of defined test criteria focused on interoperability, security and performance of the integration. It also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of RightAnswers integration with the ServiceNow Berlin release.

According to the company, interoperability between RightAnswers and ServiceNow “provides customers with powerful knowledge management and IT service automation in a seamless interface, enhancing agents’ and self-service user efficiency and productivity.”

Telehouse: The data center, international Internet exchange, and managed IT services provider, has added Colotraq as a master agent to its U.S.-based channel partner program. As a Telehouse Master Agent, Colotraq will have access to 46 global data centers as well as peering, colocation, cloud and a wide array of managed IT services.

"Colotraq is pleased to have Telehouse as a new partner," said Colotraq COO Lou Peccorolo. “Colotraq agents and customers have expressed a clear need for colocation services combined with managed IT. Telehouse solutions are the perfect complement to our portfolio.”

Revolabs: The wireless audio solutions vendor has named Randy Lee as its director of Strategic and Channel Marketing, tasked with product marketing and management, strategic marketing, and business development, as well as managing product introductions and launches.

Over the course of his 20-year-plus career, Lee has held positions in engineering, production, applications, product management, product marketing and sales. He comes to Revolabs from Sensata Technologies, where he served as Market Segment manager. Previously, he held the positions of director of Technical Marketing and Sales for TEL Epion, senior Industry Marketing manager for Keithley Instruments and director of CMD business development for FEI Company. Lee has also participated in the development of five patents for the focused ion beam and data storage industries.
