Channel Partner Program Roundup: Tenable, ServiceNow, Harmonic

Howdy, and welcome to the Channel Partner Program Roundup, our weekly foray into all things channel partner-related. In our corral this week are Tenable Network Security, ServiceNow (NOW) and Harmonic (HLIT), so grab your lasso and let’s start rounding ‘em up.

Tenable: The network security vendor has implemented the Tenable Edge Global Partner Network to assist its partners in supporting “the growing global requirements and demands for vulnerability and threat management,” according to the company.

The Tenable Edge Global Partner Network provides specialized training and resources that enable partners to meet Tenable’s channel requirements and best practices. These include engineering and sales training, business and go-to-market planning, certifications on the SecurityCenter and Nessus families of offerings and customer support.

In addition, Tenable partners will receive benefits such as account management, discounts, deal registration, lead generation, marketing campaigns, and inclusion in the partner locator. Geographical regions will receive tailored support to accommodate their unique requirements, enabling industry leading customer service for organizations of all sizes, from large enterprises to small businesses, the company noted.

ServiceNow: The enterprise IT cloud company announced Fruition Partners has achieved the ServiceNow Master Services partner designation. Fruition Partners is the first exclusively dedicated ServiceNow partner to earn this top status.

The ServiceNow Master Services status designation recognizes Fruition Partners’ investment in training, certification programs and achievement of consistently high customer satisfaction ratings, according to the company. The designation also entitles Fruition Partners access to additional ServiceNow tools and resources, enabling the company to accelerate IT service automation engagements.

Harmonic: The video delivery infrastructure provider has launched the Harmonic Partner Advantage Program to support its channel partners that represent Harmonic video delivery infrastructure in the marketplace. The new program provides VARs, solution providers and systems integrators with tools, resources and targeted sales incentives, as well as technical enablement and marketing services.

Advantage partners receive technical guidance, sales alignment and enablement, and have access to marketing collateral and resources, technical support, a discount purchase program and joint sales and marketing opportunities.

In conjunction with the launch of the Harmonic Partner Advantage Program, Harmonic also has unveiled the Harmonic Influencer Program. Open to independent technology consultants, the incentive-based program provides partner-level access to Harmonic's strategic direction on products and solutions. Consultants receive Harmonic technology and solutions, with access to other resources that provide education and updates across Harmonic's portfolio.

And that’s the Channel Partner Program Roundup for this week. Mosey on back next week to see what we’ve got. Until then, stay safe.
